LocalBiz vs Synup
Synup manages your listings, reviews and social posts. LocalBiz builds the website and writes the pages that rank on it.
The short answer
Choose Synup if you need your details kept right on 100+ directories, reviews answered and social posts sent, with white-label for clients. Its AI agent, Sydekick, does that work for you. LocalBiz does none of it. Choose LocalBiz if you need a website, service and city pages, and a blog that keeps publishing. Synup makes one landing page per location, not a full site. Many businesses run both: Synup for listings, LocalBiz for the site.

What Synup does well
- Listings everywhere. Your details go to 100+ publishers and directories, including Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook and Waze.
- An agent that does the work. Sydekick drafts review replies, writes social posts and offers, and fixes listings, with you approving.
- Every feature on every plan. Synup says every location gets all the features. Plans differ by locations, credits and white-label.
- Agency-ready. White-label from Premium, so clients see your brand, plus a REST API and an MCP server.
- AI search checks. It shows how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews describe and recommend you.
Where LocalBiz is different
- It makes the pages. Synup keeps your listings tidy and makes one page per location. LocalBiz writes a page for every service and area, and blog posts on top.
- Your site is yours. The code lives in your own GitHub, so you can leave with it.
- One price for every business. Synup's plans step up by location count. LocalBiz shares one credit pool across unlimited businesses, and unused credits roll over up to twice your monthly amount.
- Regular Google results. LocalBiz tracks the organic results under the map, for every keyword in every area, once a month.

- you want review replies and social posts handled for you

Solo, for one location. Premium is $299 for up to 10 locations, Pro $499 for up to 25 and Scale $899 for up to 50. Each plan includes monthly AI credits. Yearly billing saves 20%.
Note: LocalBiz sites run on your own Vercel account. Vercel's free plan is for non-commercial use, so a business site may need Vercel's paid plan.
Using both, or switching
- Keep Synup for listings, reviews and social, if you rely on them.
- Add your business to LocalBiz and let it suggest service and city pages.
- Build your site, or publish to the WordPress or Webflow site you already have.
- Point Synup's listings at your new site, so directories send people to your best pages.
